Rachael Clewlow

Clewlow's Practice is based around the logging of journeys and the organisation and presentation of accumulated data. Through rigorous and dedicated daily recording.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

She maintains statistical diaries, which provide a detailed record of her movements and whereabouts at specific points in time.

In response to this personal source of information Clewlow transforms the data into a display of pictorial information. Intricate drawings and paintings are produced with a highly crisp and clean finish.

Clewlow makes links between groups of drawings and paintings, which can be recognised and followed through a system of colour coded information.
